This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as applicable, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 73351022R0017 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). All questions are due by 2 August 2022 at 5:00pm Eastern Time (ET) and shall be submitted via email to the Point of Contact (POC) identified above. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 1 May 2022. This is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 541720 Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. The small business size standard is $24.5M. The Product Service Code is AF11 Education, Training, Employment, & Social Services Research & Development Services; Basic Research. This report may focus on a relevant labor issue affecting small business overall, or an issue affecting small businesses in certain industries or business owner demographic groups, such as veterans, minorities, or women.
