Quotations are currently being requested for Design and Construction Services for the renovation of an existing ground-floor kitchen. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Consulate will hold a Pre-quotation Conference at the site on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at 10:00am AWST and all offerors are encouraged to attend. All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location. Please email perthprocurement@state.gov by Monday, July 7th, 2025, at 4:00pm AWST to confirm your interest. Submit any questions regarding this solicitation by email to perthprocurement@state.gov. All questions must be submitted no later than July 16th, 2025, at 5:00PM AWST. Responses will be posted to the solicitation on SAM.gov. See attached RFQ for details of the request.
