The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to implement a resiliency training program specific to needs of staff working in a high trauma health care and security environment.
Objectives: The contractor must establish and deliver an individual program for staff engaged in daily trauma to understand and enhance resiliency.
Deliverables: To provide staff with tools to address potential mental health issues and enhance wellness, identify triggers and to engage in preventative activities.
