Full Description

The Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is requesting Resource Efficiency Management (REM) services to provide a focused and coordinated effort for improvement in the energy-efficient operation of key facilities, equipment and control systems and address demand reduction, and research/facilitate energy conservation programs offered through Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects, Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) projects, Energy Resiliency and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects and other repair and renovation projects. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform REM services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services (Refer to Part 3). The REM(s) will assist the installation energy manager to reduce peak electrical demand, the energy, water and solid waste consumption, and with identification and development of resource efficiency projects.
