The contract is for the procurement of two RETAINER, SEAL components under solicitation SPE7M2-26-T-6046, with a delivery requirement of 154 days ADO to the destination at DLA DIST SAN JOAQUIN in Tracy, California. The item must conform to NAVAIR Engineering Drawing 524676 Revision C, despite existing discrepancies in the technical data package, which engineering is actively addressing. Compliance with strict environmental regulations is mandatory: Class I ozone-depleting chemicals are entirely prohibited, and mercury or mercury-containing compounds must not be intentionally added to any supplied hardware, except in limited cases such as batteries, fluorescent lights, sensors, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-approved chemical reagents, which must be shock-proof and contain a secondary containment barrier per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and MIL-STD-130N, including bare item markings with contract number, NAWC CAGE, and part number unless overridden by the drawing. Sampling for acceptance follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required for acceptance unless otherwise specified, and attributes must be assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II corresponding to AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. The supplier must be CMMC Level 2 certified through a valid C3PAO, demonstrating compliance with cybersecurity controls for handling controlled unclassified information.
