Description: NSN 2590-01-525-1995 - Retainer, Spare Tire is being bought in accordance with BPR-RICO EQUIPMENT, INC. (0ZM57) P/N STA007-05 IBIS TEK, LLC (1SC69) P/N 2336-100-001 IBIS TEK, LLC (1SC69) P/N 2336-100-008266 Based on market research this item is to be determined commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 1510 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, with a 100% option included. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date of 12/28/11. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, and JWOD. The required delivery is 117 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
