Retro-Commissioning, TAB, Controls, and Regulatory Support IDIQ

The Port of Seattle is seeking a consultant under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide retro-commissioning, test/adjust/balance, controls, and regulatory support services for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The scope of work involves identifying and correcting system deficiencies to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, Direct Digital Controls, smoke control, and fire protection systems. These services must be executed within a complex, 24/7/365 operating environment, with work managed through Service Directives in coordination with Aviation Facilities and Infrastructure. The contract is expected to have a five-year term with a not-to-exceed fee of 1,800,000 dollars. A critical component of the procurement is the Diversity in Contracting Inclusion Plan, which sets an aspirational goal of 10 percent participation for Women and Minority Business Enterprises. Proposers are required to submit detailed company information and diversity certifications as part of the evaluation process. Proposals for this solicitation are due by September 1, 2026.
