Reverse Osmosis Water System

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive monthly service, preventive maintenance, validation, and minor repairs for a Reverse Osmosis Water System located in Research Service, Room V203 at the Audie L. Murphy Division in San Antonio, Texas. The contract covers a Base Year from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extension periods through June 30, 2031. The system includes specific components such as a PES membrane (MISO-2A20DMEPP), TrojanUVmax Model F4 disinfection lamp, and associated softening, carbon filtration, ultraviolet sterilization, submicron filtration, and service deionization elements. The contractor must be an authorized service provider for Water Solutions Co. due to proprietary micro-chip configurations and access codes, and must be capable of delivering 24-hour emergency response capabilities.
