The Government plans to issue a Request for Proposal to procure various types of prefabricated revetments, identified by specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The procurement will be structured as a Requirements type contract spanning a two-year base period, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. The contract includes an Economic Price Adjustment clause and aims to meet an estimated annual quantity of revetment panels across six line items, with quantities ranging from 2 to 142 units per item. Delivery will be managed via both DLA Direct and Customer Direct orders. This acquisition is set aside entirely for small businesses, and the Government intends to make a single award based on the lowest price that meets technical acceptability standards, including consideration of past performance. The solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website. The contract covers items within the NAICS code 332999, and interested vendors can contact Pamela R. Tull for additional information. The Government clarifies that this notice does not obligate them to purchase any quantity of material.

Request for Information: Additive Manufacturing
Solicitation # N0010427RZ058
The Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support is conducting market research through Request for Information N0010427RZ058 to identify qualified sources capable of designing, producing, and delivering piece part components or entire assemblies using additive manufacturing methods. The government is specifically interested in vendors who can meet rigorous manufacturing, material, performance, testing, and quality assurance requirements. While the current focus is on a candidate list of National Item Identification Numbers for valves, actuators, and manifolds, the government anticipates that Level I and SUBSAFE items may become eligible for additive manufacturing in the future. Interested businesses must provide detailed administrative data, descriptions of their manufacturing capabilities, facility certifications such as ISO 9001 or AS9100, and evidence of past performance with similar military or commercial hardware. Additionally, the government is soliciting industry feedback on the development of objective evaluation criteria and the structuring of performance-based incentives for future Firm-Fixed-Price contracts. All produced components must be fully interchangeable with traditionally manufactured equivalents and strictly adhere to the baselines established in Project Peculiar Document 802-8436658. Responses are due by October 22, 2026.
