Pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1), this effort is anticipated to result in a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Mercury Systems, Inc., 2 Henderson Drive, West Caldwell, NJ, 070106-6608, CAGE: 3FDH9.
