RFA 320 Open Enrollment Hospitals - Psychiatric Inpatient Services / Crisis Stabilization Services

The Denton County MHMR Center is conducting an open enrollment process under solicitation 32025 to establish a pool of qualified public inpatient psychiatric facilities to provide psychiatric inpatient and crisis stabilization services. Starting in February 2025, the selected providers will deliver comprehensive care for Denton County residents, including psychiatric assessments, diagnostic services, physician and nursing care, and safety monitoring in restrictive environments. The scope of work emphasizes 24-hour crisis stabilization, trauma-informed de-escalation, and adherence to the Texas Health and Safety Code and HIPAA Omnibus Rule.
