English Title:Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Cost Consulting Services: HOSO2202, Cost Consulting Services Standing Offer, Various Locations Across CanadaEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish five (5) Standing Offers (SOs) to provide “as and when required” cost consulting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) listed below.Zone 1: Atlantic RegionZone 2: National Capital RegionZone 3: Ontario RegionZone 4: Pacific RegionZone 5: Western RegionInformation provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The SOs will be for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment, if mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional two-year periods. The maximum estimated values are different for each zone, as identified in the RFAP. Call-ups under the SOs are expected to be valued between $10,000.00 and $100,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $100,000.00.
