Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) – BA202285 – for Consulting Services: Sampling of Water, Ambiant Air and Under-slab Fumes, CFB Bagotville (QC) and satellite sites in Quebec.  Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the locations mentioned above. Information provided by the interested consulting firms will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $450,000.00. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $15,000.00 and $50,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
