RFB 7364 CCTV Cleaning & Inspection of Lg Diameter WW Lines

The City of Corpus Christi is soliciting bids under RFB 7364 for the cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of large-diameter wastewater collection system pipelines ranging from 18 to 54 inches. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and supervision to perform internal inspections using NASSCO PACP-compliant software and hardware, as well as cleaning pipelines via high-pressure water jets or mechanical equipment. The scope includes the removal of obstructions and the transport and disposal of waste materials, with the contractor specifically responsible for sludge sampling and landfill approval. The contract is for a base term of one year with an option for one additional one-year renewal, with an anticipated start date in October 2026. The contractor is required to maintain comprehensive insurance and bonds, fully indemnify the City, and adhere to Wastewater Consent Decree Special Conditions. Deliverables must be submitted to the City at least monthly, and any unacceptable recordings must be re-televised at the contractor's expense.
