RFB No. 27-1402 Central Office Landscaping Services

The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is soliciting bids under RFB No. 27-1402 for comprehensive lawn and grounds maintenance services at its Central Office located at 4600 Cobbs Drive in Waco, Texas. The scope of work covers approximately 8 acres (350,000 square feet) and includes the maintenance of lawn areas, detention ponds, planter beds, shrubbery, trees, and irrigation systems. Key deliverables include recurring weekly services typically performed on Thursdays, such as mowing, litter removal, and weeding, as well as the removal of silt and sediment from drainage flumes.
