The Department of Defense’s Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry input on capabilities to provide Brand Name software licenses for the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software, owned by Tecolote Research, Inc. This RFI is solely for market research and planning purposes and does not guarantee any future contract award or solicitation. Participation is voluntary; respondents bear their own costs, and the Government is not liable for any proprietary information not properly marked. Responses do not constitute offers, and non-response will not exclude participation in potential future solicitations. Interested businesses are requested to submit a capability statement, limited to three pages, detailing authorization from Tecolote Research as an official reseller, contact information, business size and any relevant SBA certifications, applicable contract vehicles, and a brief description of their technical ability to provide the ACEIT software along with support or maintenance. Responses and inquiries must be sent via email to the provided point of contact by June 18, 2026. The RFI encourages participation from small businesses and emphasizes that this is a no-cost information gathering effort by Space RCO, with potential for follow-up requests to clarify capabilities. The effort is associated with NAICS code 541519 and performance location in New Mexico.

  4. Contract Vehicles: If applicable, provide your GSA Contract Number or any relevant contract vehicles.
  5. Technical Capability: Briefly describe your company’s capability to provide the ACEIT software and any associated support or maintenance.
