Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO) is responsible for Departmental policy and management oversight of several business functions, including Real Property, Personal Property, Mobile Assets, Logistics, Resiliency, Field Efficiencies, Environmental Sustainability, Energy Management, and Incident Management. In performing this oversight, the need for centralized program management, communication and analysis support has been identified. All testing will be conducted against the recognized requirements traceability matrix and wireframe design documents. The Contractor shall facilitate and conduct these tests and review activities in conjunction with the completion of recognized milestones and submittal of deliverables. The OCRSO shall assign a representative for each subsystem to oversee the performance and government testing of these activities.
