Request for Information (RFI): Art Reproduction Services - Canvas Prints Purpose: The purpose of the RFI is to identify 1. the processes used to reproduce artwork onto canvas 2. the factors to consider when selecting a process or a vendor 3. the information and specifications to include in a solicitation Product Description: 15" x 20" unframed stretched canvas reproduction artwork from original paintings commissioned by the National Guard Bureau. There are eighty-four paintings in the gallery. The Guard maintains printed (posters) and digital files of each painting. Your response to this RFI will not prevent participation in a future requirement. Vendors should ensure that any confidential or proprietary information is properly marked as "Proprietary" or "Confidential". While NGB does not intend to release RFI responses, we will ensure that marked information receives the appropriate protections. This RFI is not a request for a quote (RFQ). Information received in response to the RFI cannot be used for future requirements and will be discarded. If a future requirement arises, a solicitation will be posted on FedBid (www.fedbid.com ). Phone calls or email inquiries about a future requirement will not receive a response. Responses: In your response, please include the following information. 1. Company name, address and a POC to answer technical questions 2. The name and a brief description of the process (how the image is transferred to or recreated on canvas). 3. Front and back photos of a canvas reproduction or a website link to a sample product 4. Image requirements (digital file or print media) 5. Production time 6. Cost estimate (per print) 7. Warranties (if available) 8. Shipping and/or packing requirements 9. Maintenance (care and cleaning) instructions for the print (if applicable) 10. Are volume discounts available? At what quantities? 11.
