DLA Strategic Materials is seeking information regarding various grades of, material content within, and testing verification for Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM). The objective is to adjust the Statement of Work for better integration of the standard industry packaging methods and the DLA Strategic Materials storage requirements.
