RFI Enterprise Business Systems Assessment and Adv Consulting Service

The Port of South Louisiana has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Business Systems Advisory Consulting Services to inform a future procurement. The agency is seeking a vendor-neutral, independent advisory firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its current enterprise business systems environment. The primary objective is to align business capabilities and operating requirements with investment priorities, resulting in an executive decision framework and an Enterprise Business Systems Roadmap. This advisory engagement is expected to be accelerated, with a duration of approximately 45 calendar days following the project kickoff. The selected advisor will be responsible for delivering an Executive Decision Package consisting of an executive summary, an objective enterprise business systems assessment, a business and functional requirements framework, an enterprise marketplace assessment of commercially available solutions, and a strategic alternatives analysis.
