RFI FDC Transaction Management System (TMS)

FINDEV CANADA is seeking information from industry about existing Transaction Management System (TMS) solutions to support FinDev Canada’s core transaction related processes. FinDev Canada is interested in a new TMS solution to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all FinDev Canada’s Transaction-related processes (financial, investments, etc.) including reporting from origination through to approvals and managing & monitoring of these transactions. Currently, FinDev Canada does not have an end-to-end TMS solution. FinDev Canada is intending to use the feedback it gathers from industry to advance a procurement process(es) to acquire a TMS solution. This initiative is critically important to FinDev Canada and therefore, FinDev Canada intends to move swiftly to achieve results. Please refer to Section 4, Table 1 for anticipated timelines. FinDev Canada has identified a number of capabilities and business considerations that are required across all aspects of the TMS, including but not limited to those described in Annex A. Specifically, through this RFI process, FinDev Canada is looking to: ? Determine the capabilities of existing TMS solution(s) on the market and how they compare to Annex A. ? Obtain high level information related to out-of-the-box TMS capabilities versus capabilities that would be fulfilled by customization or third-party vendors/tool(s). ? Obtain rough order pricing range estimates, where feasible.
