The Contractor shall provide the management, administrative, supervision, labor, subcontractors, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of Preventive Maintenance services, repair of building operating equipment and systems as described in this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for needed engineering services and reimbursable building alterations of building equipment including, but not limited to: All elevators on the premises, custodial and trash/debris removal services and all miscellaneous work associated with complete building facility management at the building. The Contractor will determine how much labor is needed to perform the tasks, what methods will be used to complete the job and which supplies, materials and equipment are needed. The GSA Northwest/Arctic Region 10 is seeking the following information: 1. Potential Respondents shall describe how they would propose to successfully perform the services, assuming that all services provided by Respondent would be accomplished in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. No more than one paragraph 2. Potential Respondents shall describe both their existing relationships with the all subcontractors and the extent to which such relationships would enable respondents to successfully perform the services. No more than one paragraph. 3. Socioeconomic status and NAICS code(s). 4. Past performance. Provide a synopsis of experience with projects in remote locations and unique logistic circumstances, i.e. security; adequate and consistent levels of qualified staffing, weather. No more than one paragraph. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the General Services Administration will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided.
