The Government is seeking industry input from all sources regarding vehicle leasing, rental, and maintenance to support a potential enterprise technical support services contract inclusive of operations and maintenance/sustainment, engineering, and management services for select test and training range and facilities. The vehicle fleet will operate over the entire 728-square-mile Eglin reservation and travel an average of 200,000 miles per month to support the Eglin mission. A major portion of travel is over rough and sandy terrain (causing extensive wear on vehicle gear, gear train assemblies, and alignment). This Request for Information is being used to obtain companies' vehicle leasing/rental/maintenance capabilities and feedback on industry standards and best practices.
