Public Services and Procurement Canada launched this RFI to engage industry for the DND Role 2 Basic Highly Mobile Infrastructure Project. The requirement is an Urgent Operational Requirement for the supply medical shelters and services needed by medical forces in Operation REASSURANCE by January 2027. Suppliers will be requested to provide responses to questions within the RFI and to participate in One-on-one Sessions. Responses to questions, including costing are requested by June 14, 2026. Registration, response submission dates and all other details are outlined in the RFI. Participation is limited to suppliers headquartered in NATO or Five Eyes (FVEY) countries. To participate in the RFI, Suppliers must complete the Certification of Corporate Headquarters Location including Confidentiality Agreements. The Certification is available upon request from the Contracting Authority at ian.arboleda@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, until 1400 hours EDT, June 29, 2026. Any request beyond this date may not be considered. This procurement is subject to a National Security Exception and is, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.
