The Department of National Defence has an urgent operational requirement to support medical forces on Operation REASSURANCE through the supply and delivery of Role 2 Basic Highly Mobile R2B HM Infrastructure. The requirement includes non expandable ISO containers modular hardening ballistic panels multispectral concealment systems and drone attenuation nets. The Contractor must also provide related services including training such as Initial Cadre Training and limited in service support including maintenance repair and overhaul inventory support and engineering and technical support. Canada has invoked the National Security Exception NSE. This solicitation is therefore excluded from the obligations of all trade agreements. The Request for Proposal RFP is restricted to suppliers whose corporate headquarters are located in a NATO member country or a Five Eyes FVEY country. To obtain and participate in the RFP suppliers must complete the Certificate of Supplier Corporate Headquarters Location and associated Confidentiality Agreement. The Certificate is available upon request from the Contracting Authority at ian.arboleda@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
