RFP W6369-27A033 Role 2 Basic Highly Mobile (R2B HM) Infrastructure

The Department of National Defence is seeking to fulfill an urgent operational need for Role 2 Basic Highly Mobile Infrastructure to support medical forces deployed under Operation REASSURANCE. The requirement includes the supply and delivery of non-expandable ISO containers equipped with modular hardening ballistic panels multispectral concealment systems and drone attenuation nets to ensure mission readiness and force protection in deployed environments. In addition to equipment delivery the contractor must provide comprehensive services such as Initial Cadre Training limited in-service support including maintenance repair and overhaul inventory management and engineering and technical assistance to sustain operational effectiveness. This procurement has been conducted under the National Security Exception which exempts it from all international trade agreement obligations. Only suppliers with corporate headquarters located in a NATO member country or a Five Eyes nation are eligible to participate. Prospective bidders must complete and submit a Certificate of Supplier Corporate Headquarters Location along with a Confidentiality Agreement to gain access to the Request for Proposal.
