The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking a Service Provider with specialized proficiency in insolvency and proof of claims services tailored for bankruptcy proceedings and with this RFP, CMHC is inviting proposals for the provision of such services (the “Services”).
CMHC intends to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent with no guarantee of value or volume of work. This Agreement will have an initial term of up to three (3) years, with the potential to renew for two (2) subsequent one-year renewals, not to exceed a cumulative total of five (5) years.
The anticipated value of the service is estimated to be up to $296,625.00 CDN for the initial term and all renewals including all applicable taxes.
