Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing electrical repair and maintenance services including emergency repair services to various properties and locations on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia.
This Agreement will have an initial term of up to five (5) years, with the potential to renew for one (1) subsequent two-year renewal, not to exceed a cumulative total of seven (7) years.
