RFP-040-2700000112-1 | Contract Hearing Officer

The Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting proposals for Hearing Officers to conduct administrative appeals on an as-needed basis to resolve and prevent case backlogs. This personal service contract, identified as RFP-040-2700000112-1, is anticipated to run from December 30, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with the possibility of two-year renewals at the agency's discretion. Selected contractors will be responsible for drafting legal decisions, including findings of fact and final orders, conducting legal research, managing case files, and representing the Office at administrative hearings.
