Solicitation 693JK427R500001 is a competitive Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside for the U.S. Department of Transportation to obtain comprehensive graphic design and visual information support. The scope of work includes creative conceptualization, illustration, interactive development, and publication support for mediums such as brochures, annual reports, digital displays, and multimedia productions. All deliverables must adhere to Section 508 and ADA accessibility standards, as well as NASA Communications Material Review guidelines, and require proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. The contract is structured with a base year running from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, followed by four optional one-year extensions through March 2032. The government will award a single stand-alone fixed-price contract based on a best-value trade-off methodology. Evaluation is based on four factors: technical capability, management approach, past performance, and aggregate total price, with the first three adjectival factors collectively equaling the importance of the price factor.
