This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide Owner Program Management Support Services for the HLIP as and when required. This multi-disciplinary team will provide owner resources in support of project management, project controls, commercial management, quality management, and construction and safety management.Organizations interested in reviewing the bid package must download the RFP document, and choose the attachments listed under RFx Documents.
