RFP 16-2144402107 2026 Yadkin 03040101 Warm Stream and Riparian Wetland Full Delivery Projects

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Mitigation Services, is soliciting proposals for full delivery projects to establish warm stream and riparian wetland mitigation within Cataloguing Unit 03040101 of the Yadkin River Basin. The project requires the provision of 7,000 warm stream mitigation credits, with a restriction that preservation credits cannot exceed 50 percent of the total. All work must comply with the 2003 USACE Stream Mitigation Guidelines and the Wilmington District Stream and Wetland Compensatory Mitigation Update.
