RFP 16-2157388453 2026 French Broad 06010106 Cold Stream and Riparian Wetland Full Delivery Project

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Mitigation Services, is soliciting proposals for a Full Delivery Project to provide cold stream and riparian wetland mitigation credits within Cataloguing Unit 06010106 of the French Broad River Basin. The project requires the acquisition of 3,000 cool or cold stream credits and 3 riparian wetland credits, with preservation credits capped at 40 percent of the total. The scope of work encompasses several key tasks, including environmental screening, the creation of a site-specific mitigation plan with financial assurance, planting and installation, and final credit approval.
