TARC is seeking for contractor/s to provide a full-service cleaning and minor repair services to all 289 existing and any future additions of Bus Shelter structures located in Louisville Metro and the surrounding areas. A regular scheduled cleaning to include trash pick-up, removal of graffiti, pickup broken glass or debris, removal of overgrown vegetation, as well as scheduled power washing of high use shelters at regular intervals. Minor repair of shelters is desired. For additional details of the scope, refer to Section 3 Scope of Work And Services. TARC intends to award a multi-vendor Fixed-Price contract for an initial term of 2 Year with an option to exercise an annual one (1) year optional term for a total of 3 Year to the highly qualified contractor/s that meets the minimum standards and requirements of TARC as indicated in this solicitation and proposes the best value.
