Bucks County Community College, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940 (BCCC) invites the submission of Proposals in accordance with the Specifications: RFP#2024-0208. Roof Rehabilitation Improvement Project–Tyler Hall (Building Footprint Approximate Area 16,000 sqft. Roof Area Unknown) Complete specifications for this project will be available on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposal and Qualification Statements must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 11:00 am, Prevailing Time, Thursday, March 14, 2024. One (1) hard copy of your proposal without fees must be sent to the Director of Purchasing at the address listed above on or before the deadline. Proposals received by any other means or after the deadline will not be considered. It is mandatory that each participating firm make arrangements & visit Tyler Hall for this project, attendance will be documented. Meeting scheduled for February 27, 2024, at 10:00am.
