The City of Hampton, Georgia (the ¿City¿), on behalf of and for the benefit of its Downtown Development Authority (the ¿DDA¿), is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced demolition contractors to provide complete demolition and site clearance services for the existing structures located at 24 East Main Street and 26 East Main Street in Hampton, Georgia (the ¿Project¿). This RFP is issued in full compliance with the City of Hampton Purchasing Policy. The solicitation follows the competitive procurement requirements applicable to expenditures exceeding $50,000, including formal solicitation, evaluation by a designated Evaluation Committee, and required approval of the resulting contract.
