Kensington Health is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of integrated Facilities Management & Operations (FMO) and HVAC Maintenance Services across multiple sites in Toronto, Ontario. The scope includes on-site building operator coverage, preventive and reactive maintenance, HVAC inspections and semi-annual servicing, boiler teardown, BAS monitoring, on-call support, performance reporting, and related facilities operations services. The contract term is five (5) years.
