RFP # 25-24-1-036 Appraisal Review Services for Barrow Airport SREB

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, is soliciting for competent, Review Appraiser to provide professional services for the purposes of determining fair market value of a commercial building located on leased land at the Barrow Airport.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2024 through December 2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of less than $50,000.00. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 4, 2024, and may be downloaded from our web site at:  https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm, select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box. Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning +1 (555) 000-0000 or TDD number 711 or +1 (555) 000-0000.
