The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department), Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section requires professional engineering services for an engineering design consultant to develop project specific bid-ready professional sealed Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) design package for the Chena Lakes Recreation Area Bicycle and Pedestrian Access project. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2024 through December 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 and $500,000 .The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available JUNE 12, 2024, and may be downloaded from our web site at:  https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm  Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning +1 (555) 000-0000 or TDD number 711 or +1 (555) 000-0000.
