Edgecumbe High School complex; buildings 292, 293 and 297 located at 1332 Seward Ave, Sitka, AK. Included in this work are evaluation of the existing system, providing recommendations to address deficiencies, hazardous material investigation, design services, and bidding and construction support. . IRIS No. 25C0563610 A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2026 to Decemeber 2027. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $200,000 to $250,000.
