Services shall include completing a bid-ready set of electrical plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), preparing the applicable sections of the engineer’s design report (EDR), assistance during bidding, design closeout documentation, and assistance during construction. IRIS No. CFAPT01330 A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2026 to December 2029. Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $200,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 6, 2026 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK.
