RFP #26048 TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR NUISANCE TESTING, ABATEMENT, & CONTROLLED DEMOLITION SERVICES

The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is soliciting proposals for RFP 26048, a task order contract to provide nuisance testing, abatement, and controlled demolition services for the Housing and Community Development Department in Athens, Georgia. The scope of work includes asbestos and lead testing and abatement, controlled demolition, soil clearance testing, radon testing and remediation, and support for the CDBG Voluntary Demolition program.
