The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission’s Winter Recreation Program (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 107 miles of designated snowmobile trails lying within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, west of Yakima and east of White Pass along U.S. Highway 12 and one along State Route 410 near Naches in Yakima County, Washington state.
