The Kentucky Department for Natural Resources is soliciting bids under the Kentucky Abandoned Storage Tank and Orphan Well (KASTOW) Reclamation Program for the Caldwell #001 Orphan Well Package, a firm-fixed price contract aimed at plugging and reclaiming multiple orphaned well sites in Caldwell County. The scope includes inspecting for gas and TENORM contamination, drilling out obstructions with a power swivel, verifying wellbore integrity to total depth, cementing intervals, and fully reclaiming well sites and access roads.
