RFP 92-27-001

Craven Community College is soliciting bids under RFP92-27-001 for the turnkey provision and installation of a four-classroom modular building at the Public Safety Training Center in New Bern, North Carolina. The project requires a double-wide configuration with classrooms measuring approximately 700 to 800 square feet each, including at least one unisex restroom, skirting with access doors, an HVAC system with overhead ducts, and pre-installed data cabling. The building must be fully ADA compliant, meet all North Carolina hurricane safety requirements, and adhere to OSHA and environmental standards. All manufactured assemblies must carry appropriate safety certifications from organizations such as ASME, UL, NEMA, or the American Gas Association.
