The Metropolitan Utilities District (“District”) is requesting qualifications and proposals from experienced professional engineering or architectural firms (“Consultant”) licensed in the State of Nebraska to evaluate, provide recommendations, design, prepare plans and specifications for a major renovation and rehabilitation of the Bedford Avenue Pump Station located at 3105 Bedford Ave., Omaha NE, 68111.
Submit one (1) electronic copy of the proposal in PDF format via email to the Project Engineer (a download link is acceptable if the file size is large), and five (5) hard copies by the due date listed in Attachment II.
Personnel Effort and Cost information (Section 7) shall be submitted only in hard copy, in a single separate sealed envelope. Section 7 shall not be submitted electronically and shall be excluded from the electronic copy and from the five (5) hard copies of the proposal.
The proposal drop-off location for this project is M.U.D. Headquarters located at 7350 World Communication Dr. You may leave the proposal with the guard at the front desk. The District values clarity and conciseness; proposals should be no longer than necessary to respond to the requirements.
