The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of the Lakeview Court during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination.
