RFP - Engineering Services for Courtright Pumping Station Upgrades

The Township of St. Clair (the “Township”) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the rehabilitation of the Courtright Pumping Station. The successful proponent will be responsible for providing the engineering services necessary to advance the project from detailed design through construction completion. The scope of services shall include, at a minimum, a review of available background information and existing facility conditions, detailed engineering design, preparation of drawings and technical specifications, preparation of tender documents, contract administration, and construction inspection.The Township will be responsible for administering the tendering process through its online bidding system. The successful consultant will be required to prepare the technical components of the tender package and provide technical support to the Township during the procurement process, including responding to technical inquiries and preparing addenda, as required.The successful proponent shall provide all services necessary to deliver a complete, coordinated, and constructible rehabilitation design and support the Township through the successful completion of construction.
