RFP for Contaminated Sites and Biological Resource Consulting Services

Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for Contaminated Sites and Biological Resource Consulting Services: ES23SLAO, various locations in Ontario and Atlantic Canada Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 9,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $ 400,000.00 and $ 1,250,000.00; there is no maximum commission value. Refer to the RFP document for additional information. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $6,000,000.00 at any time. The potential duration of the SL is five (5) years, with a maximum potential value of $15,000,000.00. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
