RFP for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Standing Offer

The closing time remains unchanged. *** __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Standing Offer – Various Locations Across Canada (excluding Quebec), Project Number NRORPOG_80705 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” Work specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the locations mentioned above. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents. The objective of this RFP is to select one (1) Contractor, who will sign a National Standing Offer (SO) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $5,750,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 10,000.00 and $ 500,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to one (1) additional period of three (3) years and two (2) additional periods of two (2) years for a total potential duration of 10 years, and increased in the order of $8,250,000 at any time until the SO has expired of funds are fully expended. For better clarity, total potential duration of the SO is ten (10) years, and the maximum potential value is $14,000,000. Please refer to the RFP document for additional information.
