Selection will be based on the qualifications and reputation of the fund managers, the fund’s investment and impact strategies, proposed financial terms, and the investment track record. NYCEDC emphasizes compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws and encourages participation from certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs). The solicitation remains open until January 2, 2029, or until the allocated funding is exhausted, with applications evaluated continuously.
