RFPs will be opened at 10 A.M, Thursday, June 26, 2025, in the office of the Washington Parish School System, 800 Main Street, Franklinton, Louisiana. GENERAL CONDITIONS Requests for Proposal should be submitted with the RFP form furnished by the school system. The proposal shall include a unit price and total price. If there is any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price extension, the unit price shall be considered binding and the total price adjusted accordingly. The successful proposal shall be in effect for one (1) year, beginning August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2026, contingent on the successful fulfillment of the terms of the proposal.
